For over 10 years, I’ve been an avid weightlifter. Navigating pregnancy and postpartum was challenging, but I relied on my extensive training and guidance from skilled pelvic floor physical therapists. I managed to continue weightlifting throughout my pregnancy and successfully healed my core and pelvic floor postpartum, and you can too. Postpartum health is often overlooked, and many women are unaware that their pelvic floor needs rehabilitation. As a personal trainer, my goal is to help you through pregnancy and postpartum with effective exercises so you can keep training during and after pregnancy.
