    I've been an avid weightlifter for 10+ years and figuring out how to navigate through pregnancy and postpartum was complicated. I found myself leaning more into what I have learned through extensive training and, with the help of a wonderful pelvic floor physical therapist, I was able to continue weight lifting throughout pregnancy and heal my core and pelvic floor postpartum. Postpartum health is rarely talked about amongst women and their doctors, most women do not even realize that pelvic floor needs rehabbing. My job as a personal trainer is to help you navigate through pregnancy and postpartum with effective exercises to help you continue training during pregnancy, and beyond.
